Our story

Twenty years of professional kitchens, brought to your table.

Lamb Lettuce Catering crafts culinary experiences that elevate any event. It was founded by Gergo Barna, a culinary professional with two decades in the industry.

Gergo's journey began in the kitchens of the Gordon Ramsay Group and the Savoy Hotel in London, where a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients took root. That dedication to quality and flavour remains the cornerstone of everything the team serves today.

Whether it is a wedding, an intimate dinner for two, a milestone birthday or a corporate gathering, the team delivers a bespoke menu tailored to your vision, from Mediterranean-inspired plates to inventive modern fusion, all finished to a restaurant standard in your own kitchen or venue.

What we cook

There is no set menu. There is your evening, and what suits it.

Built around your table

Every event starts with a menu consultation. Courses are written for your guests, your occasion and the kitchen we will be cooking in, not chosen from a printed list.

Every diet accounted for

Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, allergies and intolerances are designed into the menu from the start, so nobody at the table is handed a lesser plate.

We leave it as we found it

Cooking, plating and table service are ours. So is the washing up. The kitchen is handed back clean: the detail guests mention most often in reviews.
